Pre-Disbursement Cancellation
➜ Cancellation is permitted if the loan has been sanctioned but not disbursed to the applicant.

Cancellation After Disbursement
➜ If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of loan disbursement, the principal amount must be repaid in full.

Refund of Excess Payments
➜ Any excess amount paid by the borrower shall be refunded within 5–7 working days after reconciliation.
